In the area of customer service and logistics, we handle the processing of orders and the entire delivery management. To this end, we operate two customer service centers: one in Hamburg for trade publishers and one in Kusterdingen for specialist publishers. We offer publishers, booksellers and end customers an "all-round carefree" package.
Customer service for trade and end customers
In our two service centers, we take care of all telephone and written orders, inquiries and complaints - quickly and reliably. Our excellently trained employees, who come from the publishing or bookselling industry, are the central point of contact - both for the book trade and for end customers. For major customers in particular, we have permanent account managers and work closely with key account management in the publishing house.
As a publisher, we provide you with your own personal contact person who takes your requirements on board, knows the special needs and particularities - and carries them through to the entire customer service center. Furthermore, we offer professional support for your press work and for your contract departments. Press partners and authors are supplied individually according to your wishes.
The hgv package from the trade publishers
Publishers and retailers benefit from our attractive hgv package. The backlist orders of one day are collected and sent in one shipment. Of course, we also bundle the invoice, unless the customer does not want this.
Complete subscription processing
We offer subscription management for trade, end customers and society members. This includes calculation in a wide variety of delivery constellations for print and online editions, as well as management and support of apart deliveries (individual issues). You will receive IVW statistics (information to determine the circulation of advertising media) for verification.
E-support for the end customer
This service is particularly aimed at specialist publishers who offer portals and additional services on the web. Our IT-savvy employees are the first point of contact for end users with questions or difficulties regarding access or use - personally and competently.
Together with our partner Sigloch, we offer the entire warehousing, inventory management, delivery and returns processing from a single source. We always monitor and optimize the entire process.
