Daniel Radam
Managing Director
Daniel Radam has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of hgv since 01.08.2021. He began his career with an apprenticeship as a banker and studies in business administration. After initial management positions in the banking sector, he was active as an interim manager and management consultant in the financial divisions of various companies from 2000 to 2004. In 2005, he joined the DKB Immobilien AG Group, initially as commercial manager in various subsidiaries, then as head of the balance sheet/financing department at DKB Immobilien AG and subsequently as managing director of DKB Immobilien Service GmbH (the internal service provider of the DKB Immobilien AG Group). This was followed by positions as Head of Shared Service Center at TAG Immobilien AG (2012-2017) and ADLER Real Estate AG Group (2017-2021), where he was responsible in each case for commercial services in the shared service for the entire Group.

Andreas Bohn

Andreas Bohn (CTO) completed his master's degree with a focus on technology management at the UK Open University. He began his IT career as a webmaster and system administrator. After being in charge of corporate IT at the specialty retail distributor AXRO, he was responsible for IT infrastructures at the consulting and software company Implico between 2001 and 2013, both in the operation of the company's own data center and in international project business. This was followed by management functions in the areas of infrastructure and application operations at the Talanx insurance group. Andreas Bohn was responsible for IT Infrastructure Services from 2015 to 2019 and has been Managing Director of hgv since October 1, 2019.

Friederike Susanne Hemming
Head customer service
As a trained retail bookseller, Friederike Susanne Hemming knows the needs of booksellers from her own experience. From 1996, she moved into the intermediate book trade and was responsible for Hamburg, Berlin and Schleswig-Holstein as a sales representative at Libri. In 1999, she was given responsibility for sales management and for setting up central key account management. In 2003, she moved internally to the international environment as Head of International Sales and expanded Libri's foreign business with wholesale partners and retail customers. Susanne Hemming joined hgv in 2010 as Head of Customer Service. This involves responsibility for the service centers at the Hamburg (trade publishers) and Kusterdingen (specialist publishers) locations, as well as for the central telephone sales department of the Holtzbrinck publishing houses. Susanne Hemming has been an authorized signatory of hgv since 2012. Friederike Susanne Hemming is an active volunteer in the industry association, Börsenverein des deutschen Buchhandels, where she serves as deputy chairwoman of the North Regional Association.

Angelika Seide
Head of Shared Servicecenter Accounting
After studying business administration in Bremen and Leeds/UK, Angelika Seide worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for 10 years in bank auditing, where she successfully passed the exams to become a tax consultant and auditor. Afterwards, she independently advised banks on the implementation of IAS/IFRS in the SAP environment for a period of three years and moved to HSH Nordbank in 2006 to head the Accounting Advisory team, among others. Her further career took her to the shipping industry in 2013, where she was responsible for the Group and Fleet Accounting departments as General Manager Accounting at Bertram Rickmers. Angelika Seide then moved to Hamburg Süd as Senior Manager, where she headed the Treasury/Accounts Payable and Affiliated Companies teams. Since July 2017, Angelika Seide has headed the SSC Accounting (Fee and Financial Accounting) at hgv.

Carolin Rabsahl
Head of IT Business Services

Softwareentwicklerin. Nach weiteren Zwischenstationen, unter anderem als Entwicklungs- und
Supportleitung, übernahm sie 2017 die operative Geschäftsleitung eines mittelständischen IT-
Unternehmens. Seit Juli 2020 stellt sie nun ihre Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen bei IT-Projekten, Support,
Consulting und Entwicklung in den Dienst der hgv. In ihrer Rolle ist sie verantwortlich für den Bereich
IT Business Service, der sich um die Betreuung der ERP-Systeme der hgv und der durch hgv betreuten
Verlage kümmert.

Daniel Schlüter
Head of IT Infrastructure & Operational Services
Daniel Schlüter began his career in 2008 in the IT department of a medium-sized software manufacturer for ERP solutions. From 2013 to 2020, he held various positions in the IT department of an MDax-listed e-commerce company, where he was responsible for data center and cloud operations in his last role. While working, he first completed a degree in Business Information Technology (FH) at AKAD and later a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at IUBH. Since 2021, he has made his knowledge and experience available to hgv as Head of IT Infrastructure & Operation Services. In this role, he and his team are responsible for the smooth IT operation and support of the hgv and the publishing houses served by the hgv.

Head of IT Infrastructure & Operational Services
Daniel Schlüter begann seine Laufbahn 2008 in der IT eines mittelständischen Softwareherstellers für ERP-Lösungen. Von 2013 bis 2020 durchlief er verschiedene Positionen in der IT eines MDax notierten E-Commerce Unternehmens und verantwortete dort in seiner letzten Rolle den Rechenzentrums- und Cloudbetrieb.

Lucky Kuffer
Head of New Media Service
Lucky Kuffer is responsible for the New Media Service department at hgv, where - in addition to portal and social media applications - the entire technology for hgv's e-book delivery systems was set up and expanded. After studying phonetics & digital speech processing at the LMU with a focus on speech recognition and synthesis, speech databases and computational linguistics, he initially worked as a freelance IT consultant for various publishing houses such as the Süddeutsche Zeitung (SZonNet/sueddeutsche.de). As Director IT at Tanto Portal Solutions GmbH, he was responsible for the development of the paid-content knowledge platform xipolis.net, the knowledge manager "Mr.Check" and a content logistics system. After another stint as Senior Project Manager IT at the Georg von Holtzbrinck publishing group, he joined hgv in 2009 - most recently as Head of New Media Service.
Lucky Kuffer
Head of New Media Service
Lucky Kuffer ist bei der hgv verantwortlich für den Bereich New Media Service, in dem – neben Portal- und Social-Media-Anwendungen – auch die gesamte Technik für die hgv E-Book-Auslieferungssysteme auf- und ausgebaut wurde. Nach dem Studium der Phonetik & Digitale Sprachverarbeitung an der LMU mit den Schwerpunkten Spracherkennung und –synthese, Sprachdatenbanken und Computerlinguistik, arbeitete er zunächst als freiberuflicher IT-Consultant für verschiedene Verlage wie die Süddeutsche Zeitung (SZonNet/sueddeutsche.de). Für den Aufbau der Paid-Content Wissensplattform xipolis.net, dem Wissensmanager „Mr.Check“ und einem Contentlogistik-System zeichnete er als Director IT bei der Tanto Portal Solutions GmbH verantwortlich. Nach einer weiteren Station als Senior Project Manager IT bei der Verlagsgruppe Georg von Holtzbrinck ist er seit 2009 bei der hgv – zuletzt als Leiter des New Media Service.
